We have vast experience in the planning processes and regulations.
We carry out pre-planning consultations with our perspective clients, make pre-planning applications and planning applications to the Local Authority including all conceptual design aspects to take our clients through the planning and design process. In the event of a third party appeal to an Bord Pleanála, an onerous planning condition or a negative outcome from a planning application, we advise our clients on making an appeal to An Bord Pleanála.
